My users are having a problem when archiving e-mail. The archive settings are fine since they are able to archive manually. It is only when they choose Actions -- Archive -- Archive Now that they all get the error: "Notes error: Document is not signed." We do not have any policy settings on the server (also R6) side for archiving or anything else. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I believe it is referring to the archive settings document not being signed. I would suggest editing the archive settings manually and then testing again.
