Q

Archive error: File does not exist?

When a user tried to open an archive file, it errored out and displayed the message: File does not exist. The file does actually exist. What could have gone wrong? (The file is 21MB in size)
I'm assuming this is their mail archive database. First, how is it being opened? Can you do "File...Database...Open", then point to the archive and open it directly? If not, I would suggest running fixup and compact on the archive and trying again.
