Q

Correct domain & records to send/receive mail

I am getting a routing error problem. I can send mail from Notes to the Internet, but when I receive mail it tries

to send it back to the SMTP server I have for my ISP. It keeps trying to route until it gives a maximum hop count error. What is the correct Foreign Domain, connection, server connection record that I need to make it work so that I can send and receive mail?

Your global domain doc should state what your internal domains are. Based on that, once it hits your SMTP server, it should look to route the mail internally. Otherwise, you should be OK.
