Create an Internet-based Notes db admin system

We would like to create an Internet based Lotus Notes database administration. We are focused in using an ODBC driver to access the database from an Internet Information Server using ASPs. Can you offer us help for this solution?
I would suggest that is you elect to use ASP in conjunction with Domino that you use COM to access the Domino objects.
