Hi, Debbie. Our statistics report that the database receives a lot of error messages. For example, "user xyz/ou1/O while processing calendar appointment (NoteID: NT00003EF6) in database mailxyz.nsf: Cannot find user in Name and Address Book."

Well, I went through the process of deleting the document from the mail file with the Note ID. I am wondering why the scheduler is still processing the old appointments, which are a couple of years old.
The appointments are probably repeating meetings that are scheduled into the future and the future is now.
