Q

Different versions of Notes won't update each other

I have a boss/secretary scenario. The personal assistant (PA) is using WinXP with Notes 6 Client. The boss is using Notes 5.0.11 Client. The director sends out a meeting invitation to a number of people. The PA accepts the invite on behalf of her boss. The director then decides to reschedule the meeting and sends out a reschedule notice. The PA then opens the notice in her boss' mailfile and accepts it. When she checks her boss' calendar, the meeting has not been updated to the new proposed date and time. Others who have received the rescheduled notification do not have this problem, their calendars have been updated. Any suggestions on what might have gone wrong?
It could very well be versioning. If you are going to 6, get the boss up on 6. If the 6 rollout is not going to happen for a while, drop her back down to 5.0.11.
