Direct outbound mail to other site, but maintain inbound flow

My company has inked an agreement with an outfit named IHance to track our eMails for us by adding some HTML to our existing outbound mail. I'm presently running 4.6.x w/ SMTPMTA. I'm trying to figure out how to direct only our outbound mail to this site while maintaining inbound flow from the entire Internet. I'm not seeing where there's granularity in the NAB to do this configuration. What would you suggest?
While it has been a while for 4.6 SMTP configuration, I don't see how this would be a problem. Your outbound SMTP is controlled with a connection doc. Just point all outbound to this new site. Inbound is controlled by global DNS and your MX record. That doesn't need to change.
