Do I need to turn off the forced password change?

Within the person document under the "Administration" tab, the last field is "Force user to change Internet password on next login." If I turn this on, will the user only be asked this the very next time they log on, or every time until I uncheck the field? I'm implementing iNotes for the first time.
It is only until they change it, then that field is flipped off automatically. They will not be prompted to change their password again until the prescribed interval that you have set up in their Person record.
