Does Lotus Notes have built-in viewers that support MS Project and All Clear?

Does Lotus Notes have built-in viewers that support Microsoft Project and All Clear? I have a Notes database with docs created in those programs, but the software has not been loaded on the user's machine. Does it even exist? If not, are there products that can integrate with Notes to give me built-in viewers?
Notes uses the "Inside-Out" viewer, which is the industry standard. They cannot get the code/licensing to be able to view all types of files. Project and All Clear are not available for the viewer. I don't know of any viewer that can be added to Notes. Any viewer technology would have to be standalone and outside of Notes.
