Domino Server agents don't work after Windows migration

This Content Component encountered an error
I have moved my Domino Server 5.0.8 from old Windows NT box to a new Windows 2000 box. Now no agents work as before. The only hint in log is:
27-02-2003 09:36:08 Error processing certificate created by O=DKIHT for O=DKIHT: The public key that is being used does not match the one that was certified. 27-02-2003 09:36:08 AMgr: Task initialization failure; loading agent in 'mailts.nsf' (Note ID 2930): The public key that is being used does not match the one that was certified.
What does that mean and how can I fix it?
Somehow, the certlog is out of date with the signer of the databases. Try resigning. If that doesn't fix the problem, either sign the database with another ID or recertify the ID you use for signing databases and sign them again.
