E-mail groups not working correctly

I am trying to create groups and I am doing something wrong because they are not working. I created a new mail file such as Engineering/Kato Spring California, Internet address of engineering@katocalif.com. I then made a new group and added members from the company address book. Next, I sent an e-mail to engineering@katocalif.com, but no one in the group receives the mail. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong? Thank you so much!
I'm not sure of what you are asking. Groups are not set up with Os or OUs, they are simply group documents. If you have a group called engineering, its Internet address is engineering@xyz.com. People inside that group will receive the message. There is a field in the configuration document under MIME Settings –> Advanced –> Inbound called "Remove group names from headers." If that field is set to "Yes," then all messages from the Internet to group names will be trashed and not delivered to the groups.
