Efficient way to register 18,000 users with mail file creation

We are running R5.0.11. We are planning on setting up iNotes for about 18,000 students. Is there a way to efficiently register all these users with mail file creation? Is there an efficient way to delete all these users at the end of the semester?

Wow. That's a lot of work for such a short timeframe. There are tools that may help you, such as ServerAdmin Plus. You could also use the batch file ID creation capability available in Domino. However, you will need to make this as smooth as possible. Perhaps you can pull the information from your main student database to gather the pertinent information. The biggest issue I see for you (other than the sheer magnitude of this job) is avoiding conflicts in person names and file names.
