A fellow administrator has changed the design of our Domino 6 directory using an iNotes R5 template. We have restored names.nsf but every time you look at the database via People & Groups in Admin, or open the address book it opens in a mail box view. When users look up the details of a person in the company address book this error is returned: "Cannot find form: person." Domino is sending and retrieving mail ok. Do you have any ideas on how to fix the names.nsf view?
Do three things…
  1. Make a backup of names.nsf as it is now.

  2. Go to File -> Database -> Properties -> Design Tab -> Inheritance. Make sure the master template for the database is set correctly. It should be "StdR4PublicAddressBook," with template version = 6.0.3 (or other 6.x number).

  3. Do a design refresh. File -> Database -> Refresh Design.
