Getting error when creating an appointment in a supervisor's calendar

Hello, Debbie. I have a user who is receiving the following error while trying to create an appointment in a supervisor's calendar. All permissions have been set correctly in the supervisor's database. 
Err -> Object Variable not set [91] Query Save
How can we fix this?
You haven't mentioned what version of Notes is being used and what version of the mail template is being used. It sounds like maybe the user's Notes client is at a lesser version than the mail template assigned to the supervisor's calendar.
