Getting strange email and calendar error messages

Every time I open my mail, I get the error: "Duplicate PUBLIC name CMEMOOBJECT in USE module CoreEmailClasses." However, it still opens the e-mail after I click on "OK."

I also get another error when I attempt opening my Calendar, it states: "Variable not declared: TIMEMERGECOMPONENTS." After clicking on "OK," it states another error "$EXECUTE$+2: Error loading USE or USELSX module: CSUIViewClass."

So my question is: do you know what module may be incorrect, or what I may do to rectify this error, other than reinstalling Lotus Notes? Thanks.
If an additional language pack was "added" to your mail file, that would cause the issue in which case, it's best to reinstall the template with both languages. Otherwise, if the mail file was upgraded and there were standard design elements marked as "do not allow design refresh/replace to modify," the appropriate code changes may not have been made.
