HTML won't render in Notes 4.6.5

We are using Lotus Notes 4.6.5 at one of our customers. They are facing a problem that if someone sends any email in html format, recipients are not able to read it and they find html code. Can you suggest a solution of this as soon as possible?

Embedded html cannot be rendered or in a pre-R5 client. There is a setting that you can set if you have an R5 server receiving your Internet mail that will convert html embedded email into standard email with an HTML attachment. If the client is still running 4.6, they can then launch the html attachment to the message.
