There are a few things to look at. First, make sure everyone is able to run Restricted LotusScript agents on the server. Next, make sure the agent is set to run on the home mail server, not some other server. Finally, check to see that it is enabled. If you have the notes.ini parameter log_agentmanager=1 on the server, you will see any agent errors as well.
