How can I allow only email addressed to my exact address to be delivered to me?

My email address is a.smith@company.ie. My address book is First Name -- Al, Last name -- Smith. If a person sends a mail to Al@company.ie or Smith@company.ie, the mail gets to me. How can I prevent this? I only want mail with my proper address to get to me. I'm using Lotus Notes version 4.6a. Thank you in advance.
There is a feature in R5 that addresses some of this. See Domino R5 Admin Help / Index / Configuration Setting / Address Lookup. I no longer have the R4 documentation installed, but you can look to see if there is something similar in your release. Just a note: I have not personally tested all the parameters of this feature, so I don't know if it completely covers what you are looking for or is just part of the answer.
