They should be able to enable this without having to phone someone. Please help.
I am assuming that you are not running ND6. Unfortunately, prior to Notes/Domino Release 6, this is a problem. We have our users set up with manager access so that they can trigger/schedule the agent. The ND6 mail template generates an AdminP "Set user name and enable schedule agent" request that is immediately processed on the users mail server to enable the agent.
