How do I store/forward messages? I have people who have blackberry devices and webmail accounts (like Yahoo) and they want copies of their company mail to go to the alternate addresses also. The forwarding field only allows for one address and does not keep a copy in the person's company inbox. Right now, I use a group name that contains the forwarding addresses and has the person's Internet Address. I leave the Internet Field blank on his person document to avoid duplicate Internet Addresses. Seems like there should be a simpler way of doing this.
Sorry, there isn?t. The solutions I have seen are either 3rd party or home grown. You can create an agent in Lotuscript to maintain message fidelity and forward out of a mail file after new mail arrives.
