How do we find the PC that is sending spam through our Domino server?

One of the users on our network has a virus, which is causing his computer to send spam through our Domino server. How do we detect which user has that virus? This is posing a problem because our server is being blocked by other domains as a spammer.
Get, install, and use a good workstation-based antivirus product, such as Norton AntiVirus.
