Well, hopefully you're using Domino R6. In Domino R6 we have mail rules, which are configured using the Administration client. In the Domino administrator, go to the Configuration tab, then expand Messaging and click Messaging Settings.
Here you need to go to the first tab (Messaging Settings), then Restrictions and Controls and then the last tab -- labeled Rules. You can build rules that will allow you to get a copy of all mail in or out delivered to a specified database. Read the administration help on mail rules and journaling.
If you are still on Domino R5, you either need a third-party product or you could modify the corporate mail template to include the name you need in the BCC field.
