There is an annotator available from the Knowledge Base and possibly Lotus Support. They were stored in TechNotes, and they were server version-dependent. I haven't looked for the annotators since the redesign of the Web site. Notes.rip reading is also an art form, but if you know how to do it, you can usually get the basics of the problem pretty quickly.
Editor's note: Using the DOS annotator version 4.0 to annotate RIP files or DOS Annotator Version 4.0 -- for use with Notes/Domino 5.x and Notes/Domino 4.x may help you, as well.
