I am running Notes 6.51 Client with the location document set to Notes with Internet Explorer (required setting). I need a way to launch Internet Explorer in some specific e-mail messages containing a URL hotspot. Do you have any ideas on how to accomplish this?
You want to click on a URL in your memo and open Internet Explorer in its own window instead of in a Notes window -- without having to change locations to do so. Sorry -- I don't know any way to do it. If I were in your shoes I would probably either paste the URL into Internet Explorer. If there are some messages with a lot of links, I'd define a different location -- in defiance of the "required setting" -- and switch to that location temporarily while reading these messages.
