Lotus client gives 'RRV bucket error' and then stops opening

I faced a problem with a Lotus client that gives an error called "RRV bucket error" and then stops opening the Lotus client. Can you please give a solution for this problem?
RRV bucket errors on the client are usually due to corrupt bookmarks or icons. If you cannot get past the splash screen, try renaming desktop5.dsk (R5) to something else and let it rebuild. If it won't start after that, rename the bookmark.nsf file. If you can get into the client, then it is most likely a corrupt icon. If you can find the icon on the workspace, remove it and then compact the workspace.
