LotusScript generated doclink won't work in iNotes

I have a problem with doclinks via iNotes. Client and servers are both 5.12. We have several servers, and on all of the server documents the option "Internet protocols - Domino Web engine - Redirect to resolve external links" is set to "By Server." A mail manually sent from a Notes client with a doclink (from a document that is stored in a database on another server than the mailbox) works fine in iNotes. If the doclink is generated from a LotusScript, then it doesn't work. Both doclinks generate different URLs. In the LS version, there is no Name= tag.

  2. LotusScript:

Can you help us solve this problem? Thanks.
Use Notes client to have a look at the properties of the doclinks and compare them. I think you'll find that the doclink generated by LotusScript is missing a property value, probably the server name.

This may be because the database whose document you are linking to is local to the server agent that generates the e-mail. After creating the doclink, use the NotesRichTextDoclink class to go back and add the server name or other missing attribute.
