Methodology to move users to a different domain server

I need a methodology to move users (mail database) from a server to another server in a different domain. Thanks in advance for your guidance.

I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve here, but, the simple answer for moving mail files to another domain would be to create cross-domain configuration documents in each domain -– outbound from the current server, inbound for the receiving server, and then you can use AdminP to create new replicas in the other domain. And don't forget to cross-certify the organizations.
