As a Domino infrastructure manager, I need to justify hiring additional human resources for my department. I am in a low margin manufacturing industry, support 25,000 users for Notes/Domino for messaging and applications, Lotus Instant Messaging for IM as well as several LEI servers for specialized functions. My platforms for Messaging are Solaris, and IM is Windows 2000. Versions are Notes/Domino R5, and ST 3.0 for IM. What surveys exist, or data is available for me to pull relevant information from to use to bolster my business case for additional resources? Please help. Thanks!
