If the ID is in the record, it will show at the bottom but only if you are listed as a person with the User Modify role. If this is the case, and you still don't see the ID file, then it isn't there. Make sure the person who is creating the people is storing the ID files in the Domino Directory, and make sure they are registering people on the correct server.
