Notes client crashes after pressing OK on error message
I have a new application for travel expenses, which is replicated to many local machines and back to the network server. I am getting an infrequent error on some documents when editing and trying to save the document. The first error message which comes up in a dialog box is "Notes error: document has been deleted". After pressing the OK button a second dialog box comes up with the standard "The Memory could not be written" error. Then I press OK and the Notes client crashes. We are not allowing deletion of documents on the server. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have not experienced this error and am not sure what could be... Does every client crash when trying to view the document generating this error? Have you tried to run FIXUP and/or COMPACT on the database? Have you tried to cut the document and paste it back in, or into another database to see if it could be opened? Are there any queryopen or postopen scripts running that could be causing the problem? Sorry I can't be of more help...
