Notes.rip annotator?

Occasionally a user reports that Notes has crashed and is reporting a "NLNOTES.exe - Application error...memory could not be read..." error. The users are NT4.0 running version 5.05 of the Notes Client. in an attempt to trouble shoot the problem I downloaded the rip annotator and 5.05 version of the sym files (Lotus technote doc 166414) and ran the notes.rip file through the annotator. The annotator did create the .ant files but the files make no reference to the problem function calls. A small sample of the RIP summary is listed below. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Client crashes are not usually diagnosed well in notes.rip files. Memory reference errors normally occur when the client is trying to call some function that is in conflict with something else running on the workstation. Without seeing the machine, what's on it, etc., I can't offer any advice other than to be on SP6a and make sure you apply it again after installing any piece of software.
