Out of Office is out to lunch
I have Lotus Notes 5.08 on the server and v5.08 installed on the client. The server is running on an NT4 SP. I have a Notes client running on Win2k SP3. Her Out of Office is not functioning. I have made sure the client can schedule local agents and the personal preferences set to enable local schedule agents is checked, I have also changed a setting in the clients call preferences so that busytime.nsf is updated and the user's Out of Office function still does not work. Neither does the welcome back greeting. Any ideas? Thank you.

The Out of Office agent runs on the server, not the client. In R5, the user needs to have Manager Access to the mail database and must be allowed to run restricted agents on the server (found in the security section of the server document).
