We are on Notes 4.6.6b and have servers both here in the US as well as in Great Britain. We have run into a situation where our Out of Office Agent is now looking for the server in Great Britain instead of the one here. This causes our remote users a serious problem in that they do not have access to the server in GB and, thus, the agent fails. Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like either Design is modifying the agent, or people are choosing the wrong server when they enable the agent for the first time. I'd bet it is option 2. Most people don't know what to choose when they are presented with the choice. Unfortunately, they only get prompted that first time. The easiest way to fix this is to have an agent check each mail file, and change the server if necessary. This can be accomplished with some LotusScript programming.
