Overcoming Designer access with ExpandPersonalGroups

Some companies don't allow Designer access to Mail file. But, why can't the user simply create a Button on a new stationary Memo form, which creates and sets the ExpandPersonalGroups field to "0" and then set the hide-when for the button so that it is hidden for all by Edit mode? The user would then use that Stationary when sending to a group.

Great solution! Only one suggestion. After the user clicks the button, it is no longer needed. Why not just remove the button and save the stationary, thereby avoiding the button being sent at all?
