I have a question. Now, we have registered more than two hundred users in our system. In a few days, some of the users' IDs will be cut-off. Is there any way to delay the cut-off date for all of the expiring users at one time? Thanks a lot!

I think you are talking about people's Notes IDs expiring. You cannot prevent this initial expiration, but you can space them out for the next time. First, I usually register people for 5 years. It's a short enough time frame where long-term employees will have to be recertified, but in most cases, you won't have to recertify very many people. The less work, the better, I always say. To stagger the expirations out, just recertify the people in batches, and change the expiration date of their IDs in the dialog box. It is one of the option for you to modify.
