Problem receiving Internet e-mail in Notes R5 client

I have a problem about receiving Internet e-mail in Notes R5 client. The message always appears with full headers, while the From/SendTo/Subject fields are all not available. I'm making tests by sending messages then receiving them using the Notes client. When I read the message I have to parse the headers myself, trying to figure out the sender and the subject. The message can be received very well with Microsoft's Outlook Express....

An attachment or a picture in the message appears encoded in base64 which is the setting in the address book. I couldn't discover what settings will satisfy a correct e-mail receiving (I don't use the Domino server, but only a client).

Does this problem happen with every sender or just some? If it is just some, it might be because of the settings that the sender has on their machine.
