Questions on invitation process for meetings
Do you know if room/resource reservations are supposed to repeat when they have been "invited" to a repeating meeting? My scenario is this: We meet in the main conference room every Friday morning from 8:00am to 8:30am. I'd like to set up a repeating meeting for the next 5 Friday mornings, 8:00am to 8:30am, invite certain personnel along with the main conference room. My thought is that everyone, including the room, will receive an invite and, if accepted, the entry will appear on my and the invitees' calendar for the next 5 Fridays. I would also assume that the main conference room would be "reserved" for this same period of time. However, the room only gets reserved for the first meeting date. Is this correct? Does the Reservations Database only accept invites for one day or am I doing/configuring something wrong? Thank you for your time.

This is version dependant. There was a bug in 5.0.8 or earlier. Go to 5.0.9a (server & templates) to fix this.
