Q

Requesting system's ID is the same as the server's ID

I have a Domino 5.05 server installed on my workstation as well as the client. I need to run an agent. I have to

sign a database with the server.id to allow the agent to run. So, in the Administration client, I switch to the server.id and get the following error.

Server Error: Requesting system's ID is the same as the server's ID. You cannot user the same ID on two systems.

Can you please help me?

You shouldn't have to switch to the servers ID to sign a database. Using the admin client you can sign a database via the 'files' tab with the servers id (new option in R5).
