Q

Restricting attachments

Currently I have a input form with an "File Upload" box but when in "edit" mode, it is allowing them to attach another. I only want the document to have 1 attachment regardless of how many times it is edited.
Suggestion: Why not use a hide formula on the FileUpload control that searches for the existence of $File? If you wanted Authorized users to be able to "Replace" the file that had already been saved, you could have an action to delete the $File item and then the upload control would reappear when the form is reloaded in the browser.
