QuickPlace documents can be saved as several files (such as *.gif and so on) which can also be uploaded to servers. Of course, the client is: how can I do like this in Microsoft Word? Could you give me some advices?

If I understand your question correctly, you want to have the ability, like in QuickPlace, to upload a Microsoft Word document as some other file type.
I don't know how Quickplace does this, but I know how to tell MS Word, from a Notes Client, to open a Word document and save it as something else - you use OLE Automation. It would probably work from IE, as well. You just create an object of type "Word.Application", then command that object to open a document, then to save it as another type. The MS Word documentation on-line has several examples for each of these commands.
