Senders' full names don't show after R5 upgrade

I did an upgrade from R4.6 to R5 a year ago. When mails are sent to the Internet, the e-mail address shows without the senders' full names showing. I have tried many solutions to correct the situation to no avail. Do you have any useful tips on this?
Yes. Two things to check:
  1. The Global Domain document. Go to the Conversions tab, and set the Address format field to "Name and Address."
  2. The Server configuration document. Go to MIME --> Advanced --> Advanced Outbound Message Options and set the RFC822 Phrase Handling field to "Use CN as phrase."
