Two messages: Note item not found and search string problem

I have two questions: 1a. When I open a document(new or not) on the notes taskbar, I get the message: Note item not found. I've made extensive reviews to the form design and the document's contents, but I coudn't find any reason for this message.

1b. Sometimes also I get on the Notes taskbar the following messages:

Do you have any idea why I'm getting these messages. 2. In a script for searching a text, if the search formula querystring is longer than 250 characters and the Fuzzy is on, I get a Notes error saying the search string is not understandable. But, the same text and length of the search string with Fuzzy off goes smoothly without an error. Have any idea what the reason of this error. is a notes conflict or some thing else.
1a. Did the document have an OLE attachment that was removed? Sometimes that causes strange things to happen.

1b. Just a guess. The documents have doc links that reference a view(s) that have been deleted from the target database.

2) Not that I am aware of. Have you tried to execute the query manually through the user interface? It may be as simple as a quote out of place or something similar.
