User getting "not authorized" error message, although all permissions are correct
I have a user who, when accessing her e-mails, gets an error message that reads, "You are not authorized to access this database." We are using Lotus Notes 4.6 and I have checked all her permissions on the server and the ID file etc. They all seem to be correct. Please help!
If it is saying database, then the person must be listed in the access control list (ACL) as either "No access," or she is not in the ACL as you think she is. Perhaps a name change or a certifier change occurred? Is she using the correct/current version of her ID?
