Utilizing file upload to display a picture in RTF

I have a question on file upload. How would I utilize the file upload to display a picture in a RTF field. I have four RTF fields and would like to upload a picture into each RTF field. Using R5 Domino Designer.

The file upload control does not place the attachment in your RTF field. However, with a bit of creative @command work one can reference the attached image using the $file/attachment path as the image source.
