Views in timesheet database

Hello, we have a timesheet database from which I need to make a view. This view should be categorised monthly. What happens is that we have more than one entry for a particular month and for a prticular project and also for a particular module and also for a action. When I create a column called action and make it correspond to the field "action" in the form, it only displays the first action which is the first row. We have 14 rows. I need to get all the actions under one column separately without any concatenation. Even when given "show multiple values as separate entries," I am not able to achieve the same.

There are 14 actions fields, 14 time spent on an action fields, 14 module fields, 14 task fields, 14 week total fields etc in the timesheet form.

Notes Views have limitations, one is the number of rows that can be displayed from a single field (or variable). You should not try to overload a view with functionality. It is supposed to be a quick way to see summary information about the documents in the database and of course a means of accessing the documents themselves. A user should open the document to see all that detailed information. You might consider exporting (or outputting via lotusscript) the data to a file that can be used in a spreadsheet or Approach if you want to do detailed reporting.
