You were asked a question on 02/02/2001 about archiving a mail file to a CD. I'm confused on part of your response. You said to run an Updall -c -r against it to build all possible views. What is a Updall -c -r? I tried copying the archive file to a CD and it wants to update an read only file, I understand why but I don't understand how to get around it.

You need to run the updall before you burn the file to CD. However, that may not be the case. As I stated, I hadn't tried it in a while, and R5 may require write capabilities no matter what you try. You can archive to CD, but you may have to copy the file to your hard drive to use it, temporarily.
