Given that WebSphere Portal is a multi-platform product, there is no specific logical drive recommendations for a Windows platform (at least that I am aware of). A great place to get specifics on requirements for specific platforms is the WebSphere Portal InfoCenter. The InfoCenter is the essential source of information for planning, installing, configuring and maintaining a portal environment.
