Why can't I access the database when I have manager access?
A user was deleted from the Address book and so was the user's mailfile. I recreated the user. This user needs information from the old mail file. I restored the database locally but can't access it. I get an error that says "You are not authorized to access this database." I am part of the admin group that has manager access to it. Please help.
It sounds like the option "enforce consistent ACL" is set. Try switching to the user's original ID before opening the file. If you don't have this, recreate a new ID file with the same name (using the valid certifier).
