Q

Why does iNotes change my e-mail address upon send?

I'm using iNotes to send a mail. Why does my e-mail become "Firstname_Lastname/ETHB/Mal/Xxx.XXX@xyz.com" instead of firstname@ xyz.com. If I'm using the Notes client, I manage to change the e-mail format to "firstname@xyz.com" at the location setting. Please advise me on where to set the e-mail setting for iNotes and Webmail. Thanks.
It sounds as if your server is not set up properly. I would look at your global domain document to make sure it is not appending any Domino domains to your address. Also make sure your domain (xyz.com) is in the global domain document, and your correct e-mail address is listed in your person document. Finally, make sure your "mail file owner" is correct on your mail file.
