What's the best track to get a Java-based certification and stay with Domino? There are so many exams out, what is the best route for a developer who is looking to keep skills in demand? Many thanks.

IBM offers some Java certifications, and I would suggest that you check into these. You can find information on these here. Also, you may want to check out the Lotus training and certification site and look for the J2EE skills roadmap. This will offer you a roadmap to get to Java. Good luck!
